The contractor provided assistance to the City in three areas during the reporting period:

Task Order 2017-04

  • Completed DPA Submissions workbook integration into procedures.
  • Updated DPA Submissions workbook
  • Developed spreadsheet for regional effort analysis
  • Responded to requests for information from staff re: DPA, Planning, infrastructure
  • Worked with staff on documentation for planning activities
  • Continued work on multifamily procedures

Task Order 2017-02

  • Prep for Committee meeting

Task Order 2017-05 (Opened November 1st, 2017 – Janeway Implementation)

  • Site visit for meeting with full Committee and selection
  • Follow-up with staff following decision
